Tulsa Man Escapes From Prison, Caught One Day Later

Authorities have captured the Tulsa man who escaped from a prison in Northeast Oklahoma Monday.

According to the Northeast Oklahoma Correctional Center in Vinita, Tyler Harp was confirmed missing around 4:40 p.m. Monday.

According to the Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections, Harp was caught by the Craig County Sheriff's Department at 8:36 a.m. Tuesday.

Harp, 21, is serving a four-year sentence for second-degree burglary out of Tulsa County.
