Overnight detours all week at Big Rock Interchange

Posted: Updated:

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - Detours at the I-430/630 interchange will continue next week.

Workers are not finished painting two bridges, forcing both the southeast loop ramp and northeast loop ramp to be closed each night starting Sunday night, possibly through Friday, June 28.

Drivers traveling northbound on Interstate 430 who want to go west on Financial Centre Parkway or Chenal Parkway will need to take exit 5 to Shackleford Road.

Any drivers in the Financial Centre Parkway/Shackleford Road area wanting to go north on Interstate 430 will be detoured. Drivers will be directed south on Shackleford to I-430 North using exit 5.

The overnight detours will start at 9:00 p.m. each night and last until 5:00 the next morning, weather permitting. We will have the latest on traffic conditions in this area each morning on Daybreak.

Watch the attached video for maps detailing these detours. Click here if you do not see the video above.
