NORTH LITTLE ROCK (KATV) - Police say a woman is behind bars after she attacked her sister over a Pepsi.

Police were called to 940 Scenic Drive when a 4-year-old flagged down an apartment worker for help.

Officers say 25-year-old Jasheta Brooks became angry when her sister, Kalendria Brooks, took a Pepsi out of her fridge.

Jasheta Brooks allegedly attempted to stab her sister with two knives.

The sister was never cut by the knives but she did suffer scratches and welts on her face.

Jasheta Brooks is now charged with first degree assault and domestic battery.
