1 bunch fresh Asparagus-halved

2-3 fresh Yellow Squash-sliced

1 small White Onion-thinly sliced

2 medium Carrots-halved and julienned   

3 tbl Basil flavored Olive Oil (or Olive Oil and dried Basil)

3 tbl butter

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Kosher Salt

Fresh ground Pepper to taste

 

 

Toss all vegetables in large baking dish; add oils and seasonings.  Bake in 425 degree preheated oven for approx. 25 until desired tenderness.
