The Tulsa Zoo is inviting guests to celebrate an endangered species this weekend.

The White Rhinoceros is facing extinction in the wild, so Tulsa zoo keepers are working to help save them.

Saturday afternoon, guests got a front row to the animals and learned how to make a difference.

Jessica Scallan is the large mammal keeper, and she says, "Rhino awareness day is a great opportunity to not only inspire you to take action for rhinos, but also, when you have an encounter like this, it really gets you excited to learn about conservation."

The zoo is open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
