1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 onion chopped thin
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese, cubed
Parsley, chopped fine

Place lettuce in bowl, top with olives, feta, onions and garnish with parsley. Add dressing before serving.


Greek Salad Dressing

16oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6oz lemon juice
3oz vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cavenders Greek Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Accent

Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate before serving.
