Tulsa Transit Driver Stabbed with Ballpoint Pen

A Tulsa Transit bus driver was stabbed with a ballpoint pen, Wednesday, May 15.

51-year-old Jack Stipp was taken into custody on the complaint of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

According to the booking report, the victim told police officers that Stipp had struck her and stabbed her with a pen. The victim had a stab wound that went through her right forearm and pen marks on her face.

Officers found the broken pen and bloodstains on the floor near the bus driver's seat.

Multiple witnesses told investigators that they saw Stipp stab the bus driver with the ballpoint pen.

According to the report, Stipp has a criminal history and is a convicted felon.

Stipp is being held on $30,000 bond.
