Pickup Truck Catches Fire in Downtown Parking Garage

Crews were sent to a downtown Tulsa parking garage Thursday morning when they were notified of a pickup truck on fire.

Tulsa Fire Department told KTUL that the truck caught fire after 9 a.m. Thursday at the parking garage near 1st and Cincinnati. Smoke coming from the garage could be seen across the skyline.

Emergency crews said that the car was deemed destroyed when they extinguished the fire and no injuries were reported at the scene.

Deborah Brown School was evacuated during the firefight this morning. All students were able to return to class.
