Hot Springs Rejects Change in Form of Government

Voters in Hot Springs have rejected a ballot issue that would have returned the city government to a mayor-council form of government.   1,916 voted against the ballot issue and 242 voted in favor of it.  This means Hot Springs will keep the current form of government in place.
