Juvenile arrested in Jonesboro Walmart bomb threat

JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - A juvenile has been arrested for calling in a phony bomb threat to a Walmart in Jonesboro.

Authorities say the store was cleared Saturday afternoon. The Jonesboro Sun reports the suspect was arrested and kept overnight at the Craighead County juvenile lockup.

The suspect's name wasn't released because of his age.

Investigators say the youth allegedly made the call using the Internet communication service Skype and a voice-changing program in an attempt to disguise himself.

Officials didn't detail how they saw through the ruse.
