UPDATE: Police Make Arrest in Saturday Homicide

A woman is in custody after she confessed to investigators that she stabbed a North Tulsa man to death, Saturday Afternoon.

Police were called to the home near North Florence and Admiral just before 4 p.m. on reports of a stabbing.

Tulsa Police Sergeant Dave stated there may have been a struggle leading up to the incident, however no signs of a forced entry were found.

Tulsa Police have identified the victim as 58-year-old Robert Middlebrooks. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Officers transported 49-year-old Karen Haley to TPDs Detective Division for questioning.

According to a police report, Haley "...confessed to stabbing Middlebrooks during an argument."

Haley is facing charges of first degree murder.
