Ingredients:                                    Quantity

Roma Tomatoes                              6-8 (depending on size)

Serrano Pepper                                1 small pepper

Yellow Onion                                 2 tbs

Cilantro (roughly chopped)           2 tbs

Fresh Lime Juice                             Juice of 1 medium lime

Salt                                                   1/2 tsp (to taste)

 

Instructions:

 

1. Wash vegetables thoroughly

 

2. Place Serrano pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt in food processor and blend for 10-15 seconds

 

3. Add tomatoes and blend for 10-15 seconds
