"Trash Bash" Cleans Up Broken Arrow

Posted: Updated:

Hundreds of volunteers gathered in Broken Arrow Saturday to clean up the community.

It was all a part of the Trash Bash and Keep Broken Arrow Beautiful program.

Volunteers picked up trash and recyclables along mile seconds of the main roads near Arrowhead Park.

One of the groups was from the Gatesway Foundation. Gatesway is a non-profit Oklahoma agency that provides opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Groups also got to enjoy free gift bags, pizza and prizes.
