Rogers County, OK -

Two men have been arrested in Rogers County for burglary and grand larceny.

Law enforcement officials say David Smith, 44, from Skiatook, and Toby Hall, 25, from Tulsa, have been charged after they reportedly stole saddles and a horse trailer from a Rogers County rancher.

The theft happened back in November.  The items were worth about $7,500.

Smith and Hall were charged with one count of second degree burglary and another count of grand larceny.  Smith was arrested Friday and is in the Rogers County Jail on a $10,000 bond.  Hall is being held in the Tulsa County jail on unrelated charges.
