A man is hurt after he's hit by a car outside a Tulsa business and another placed under arrest for the incident Friday morning.

Tulsa Police arrested Blayne Carver for his part in a hit-and-run incident around 2 a.m. Friday. He was booked on a non-domestic assault with a deadly weapon charge and leaving the scene with property damage charge.

According to the police report, officers were called to the Blush nightclub near 61st and Memorial in reference to a hit-and-run in the parking lot. Officers at the scene told KTUL.com that an argument between another man and Carver lead to him hitting him with his SUV and fleeing the scene.

After the altercation Carver was stopped by security and held until TPD arrived. The other man was transported to an area hospital with an injury to his leg.

Officers did not think his injuries were life threatening.

Carver was arrested at the scene and transported to the Tulsa County Jail. He is due in court next week.
