CABOT, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas State Police say a 30-year-old woman is dead after she was struck by a pickup truck in Cabot.

State police say Jessica Wade of Austin was walking on Willie Ray Drive on Wednesday night when she was hit by a truck traveling south on the road.

Wade was taken to a Jacksonville hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The police report says Wade was walking in the same direction as traffic.

Her death is the 113th traffic death on Arkansas roads so far this year.
