Posted: Updated:

An SUV rolls over when it's hit from behind by a motorcycle.

Police say the motorcycle rider came up very quickly behind the SUV on Sheridan near 61st Street early Thursday morning.

The bike clipped the rear of a Jeep with enough force to make it roll over one time, landing on the wheels.

The rider and his motorcycle bounced off and landed along the roadside.

He wasn't seriously hurt, and only suffered a broken leg.

Police say his helmet probably saved his life. The Jeep's driver was not injured.

Investigators couldn't comment on why the cyclist was riding as fast as he was .
