WEB EXTRA: What's The Story Behind Some of Those Bizarre Mugshots

Recently, we showed you the mug shot of April Brady, a woman who had to be restrained by Sheriff's deputies at the David L. Moss Correctional Center just to take her mug shot.

Brady was arrested in the early morning hours of March 24th after police found her in a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Brady's mug shot is just one of a couple that KTUL.com has received recently where Tulsa County Deputies have had to restrain inmates for mug shots.

KTUL.com sat down with Major Shannon Clark in this web extra video, which explains the story behind these mug shots.

    Saline County celebrated the return of it's “Lost Seal” by installing a historical civil war marker. The county hasn't had the seal since 1863 but it is now back in the counties possession.In 1996 Gary smith of Pine Bluff found discovered the seal with his metal detector in Grant County.More >>
