The investment is huge and it's 250 million dollars and that's more than the BOK and ONEOK Field combined.

"We have a bold vision and are glad to be doing our part regarding the Arkansas River," says Pat Crofts, CEO, Muscogee Creek Nation.

It's no wonder the leaders on this stage are excited,.especially the Muscgoee Creek Nation.

Principal Chief George Tiger adds, "We are proud to be partners with you in this community."

Phase II of the development includes  a 22-story 500 room hotel , gaming space and entertainment. Groundbreaking happens in the fall of this year with completion up to 2 years after that. And if you're wondering about Jimmy Buffet making an appearance? The answer is yes,  but no date has been set. The Jimmy Buffett factor is making the project a destination.

"Anybody can build a hotel and a bigger casino  but if you bring excitement like this it's just going to lift the bar for everybody," says Croft..

Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett says he is also pleased with the development and what it means for city's future.
