UALR to play Pacific in WNIT - KATV - Breaking News, Weather and Razorback Sports

LITTLE ROCK (AP) - The University of Arkansas-Little Rock will travel to Stockton, Calif., to take on Pacific in the first round of the Women's National Invitation Tournament.

The Trojans and Tigers will play Friday.

UALR was selected for the WNIT after losing to Middle Tennessee in the championship game of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament. Pacific was beaten by Cal Poly in the championship game of the Big West Conference Tournament.

UALR goes into the game 24-8 while Pacific is 25-7.
