Police are trying to find
the man who robbed the K-Mart on North Rodney Parham Road.
After closing the store
Sunday night, the assistant manager walked out to his truck and discovered
someone had slashed a hole in his tire. Police said as he started to try to fix the tire, a
man walked up from behind holding silver handgun.
According to the police report, the man demanded he open
the business and take him to the safe. The assistant manager let him into the
safe and the man got away with about $6,000.
