HOT SPRINGS (AP) - Ebony Rowe had 20 points and 13 rebounds Monday, helping Middle Tennessee reach the NCAA tournament for the fifth straight season with a 53-48 win over Arkansas-Little Rock in the Sun Belt Conference championship game.
The title is the first since 2010 for the Blue Raiders (25-7), who lost in overtime to UALR last season.
Middle Tennessee trailed by seven points in the second half before rallying after the Trojans (24-8) went nearly seven minutes without a point.
Kortni Jones added 15 points for the Blue Raiders, who will make their seventh NCAA appearance in the last eight years.
The loss snapped a 13-game winning streak for UALR, which was led by Shanity James' 14 points.
