A few records may be broken by this afternoon across Green Country.

With strong southwest winds, lots of sun and a warm flow, we're talking 20 degrees and more above where we should be for high temperatures today.

Our old high on this date in Tulsa was 84, set back in 1921. With a projected high of 83, it's going to be a close one! Cooler temps-- back to normal for next week.

Today: Sun, a few clouds, windy and warm with near record-setting heat. Winds: SW 10-25 mph. High in Tulsa: 83.

Tonight: Partly cloudy and very mild. Winds: S 10-20 mph. Low in Tulsa: 55.
