Three University of Central Arkansas students are suspects in a case
that includes criminal video voyeurism and second degree sexual assault
against a 19-year-old woman, according to an updated police incident
report released by police last week.
The report is redacted but police point to "possible illegal
activity" surrounding the making and distribution of a video of an event
at Sigma Phi Epsilon house before Feb. 8, according to the incident
report.
At least one suspect is a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
Another suspect was arrested Feb. 3 for public intoxication after a
night drinking at the Sigma Phi Epsilon house, according to an incident
report from that time.
