The University of Tulsa women's basketball team wants to finish the 2012-2013 season on a good note.  They'll face Rice in their opening round game of the Conference USA Tournament.

The Golden Hurricane have won six of their last nine games.  They'll need to keep winning to keep playing.

"I think at this time of year there are two kind of teams left." Tulsa Women's Basketball Coach Matilda Mossman said, "There is the team that's playing inspired, playing with passion, playing with purpose.  They want to keep playing.  There seniors don't want their careers to come to an end.  And then you have those teams that have check out and are ready to go home for spring break.  I just hope we're that team that is playing inspired and playing with passion and doesn't want to see our season end."

The Golden Hurricane will tip-off with Rice on Wednesday at 5:00pm at the Tulsa Convention Center.
