
LITTLE ROCK (AP) - Tyson Oliver scored 19 points to lead the Bay Yellowjackets to a 54-51 victory over the Concord Pirates in the boys Arkansas Class 1-A High School Championship in Little Rock.
Oliver also had 10 rebounds and four assists in Thursday's game as Bay (34-5) won its second state title in three years. Dylan Loven added 13 points and Matthew Holt added 11.
Luke Cornett led Concord (38-8), which used just five players, with 16 points. Jacob Roark scored 13 and Ryan Cornelison 11.
Concord - in the state title game for the first time - led 16-13 after one quarter, but trailed 30-24 at halftime and 41-39 after three quarters.
Bay hit 19 of 50 shots while Concord was 18 of 49. Bay also outrebounded Concord 40-28.
