Happy St. Patrick's Day Smoothies From Julianne Bitely!
-Lots of fiber, energy, and even tastes good, too! Keep Calm and Eat
(or Drink!) Your Veggies

Olivia's Green Smoothie of the Moment
handful of fresh spinach
1/2 to 1 whole ripe banana
handful of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
handful of mango (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of pineapple coconut juice
Blend well and enjoy!
*On a side note, she has been known to add in a handful of almonds and
possibly some berries, and she says it is equally delicious.

Green PB & J
1 cup of frozen kale
2 TBSP of all natural peanut butter (no salt, sugar, or oil added)
1/2 cup fruit of choice (I prefer strawberries)
1 banana
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Start by blending on the lowest setting and work your way up to the
highest setting. Sometimes, the color can be a little off putting, so
mask the ick factor with your favorite cup and stick a straw in it.
Tastes like mom's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Tropical Breeze Green Smoothie
1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of kale
1.5 cup of coconut pineapple juice
1/4 cup mango
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 banana
Blend, stick and umbrella in it, and enjoy in sunshine.

You may notice something all of these recipes have in common: Coconut & Nuts
Why?
Well, adding these (or even some avocado) to your green dish turns it
into a superfood! It also aids in digestion, and, of course,
flavor-fullness.

Please feel free to adjust any of these recipes by adding more of any
ingredient you particularly enjoy. Everyone is different, and these
recipes are just suggestions, not law.
