Arkansas man wins $200k on Arkansas Lottery scratch-off ticket

(KATV) Danny Turner of Smackover bought a scratch-off lottery ticket at the Express Way 663 in Smackover, Arkansas. The winning $200,000 ticket was a 100 X The Cash, $10 game ticket.

The Powerball estimated jackpot is $123 million. A drawing is held for Powerball every Wednesday and Saturday. The jackpot starts at $40 million. Each Powerball play is $2. For an additional dollar, you can add the PowerPlay option to increase non-jackpot winnings by as much as a million dollars.
