After going into executive session the Little Rock School Board voted to name Dr. Dexter Suggs as the next superintendent of the school district. Suggs is the Indianapolis Public School's Chief of Staff. He has also served as a Chief Information Officer as well as a high school and middle school principal. According to the district, Dr. Suggs was called tonight and offered the position, which he accepted. A start date has yet to be determined for Dr. Suggs.
