A Southern Arkansas University grad appeared on ABC's "Shark Tank"Friday night.
Jessica Haynes of Emerson invented a woman's shoe with a detachable high heel and made her pitch to the potential real life investors, hoping they'd invest in her company.
She revealed she'd already poured $63,000 of her own money into making the shoes, and her parents had taken out a second mortgage to help.
Four of the mega business moguls said no. It was down to Daymond John, the founder of FuBu clothing.
He offered her $70,000 but wanted 70% stake in the company. Jessica said owning a small part of a big company is better than owning a big part of small company and accepted the offer.
