Directions: Spray a microwavable cup with nonstick cooking spray, crack the egg open and gently stir with fork and pour it into the cup then heat the egg for 45 seconds at full power in the microwave.

Top sandwich thin with a layer of egg, cheese and ham. The heat of the egg will melt the cheese.

 

This delicious on-the-go breakfast is more lean and lower in calories than traditional fast-food breakfast sandwiches.
