
PINE BLUFF (AP) - Davon Haynes scored 19 points to spark Arkansas-Pine Bluff to a 61-45 victory over Grambling State on Saturday night.
Arkansas-Pine Bluff (14-14, 13-3 Southwestern) kept Grambling out of the win column for the season (0-24, 0-15) as Haynes also contributed seven rebounds and three steals.
Mitchell Anderson and Marcel Mosley each hit a pair of 3-pointers to help the winning cause. Anderson also had three blocked shots.
Grambling got 20 points from Terry Rose and 10 points from Demetri Wheeler. Peter Roberson grabbed nine rebounds.
Arkansas-Pine Bluff had a 28-8 scoring advantage off the bench and 34-22 edge in the paint.
