While professional fishermen will be at Grand Lake fishing for the biggest catch, others here in Tulsa are also partaking in some of the competition this weekend.
The 2013 Bassmaster Classic "casts off" Friday morning. And it's known as the Superbowl of fishing. Anglers will be located at Grand Lake throughout the weekend and also 90-miles to the west to weigh-in at the BOK Center.
But while the professionals are doing their thing on the lake, the Tulsa Sports Commission wants to make sure everyday Tulsans also can join in on the event.
So the Bassmasters Classic Commemorative Challenge was created to do just that. Local businesses entered their own customized large-mouthed bass replicas in an art contest.
One of those replicas was done by the Good Morning Oklahoma crew. You can see it to the right.
So while you're enjoying the Bassmaster Classic this weekend, don't forget to cast your vote by going to the Tulsa Sports Commission's Facebook page and clicking "like" for your favorite replica.
