TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa man is accused of attacking a woman and raping her.

Richard Thompson, 52, was arrested Saturday on complaints of rape by force, forcible sodomy, strangulation, and assault and battery.

The woman told police that her attacker became upset when she said she did not want to have sex with him.

The man then removed her clothes and forced the woman to have oral sex with him, according to the police report.

The woman told police she bit the man and then he started punching her and forced her to have sex, the report states.

When police arrived at the Midtown Tulsa address the woman had bruises and injuries consistent with getting strangled and attacked, the report states.

Police identified the suspect as Thompson and said he had bite marks on his genitals that were consistent with getting bitten by the victim, the report states.

Thompson remained in the Tulsa County jail Monday morning. His bail is set at $130,000.
