T-Town Rundown: Events for All Those in the Tulsa Area This Week

Here is a list of some events to do around Tulsa this week!


Basketball Fans:

Come cheer on the Tulsa Golden Hurricane's women's basketball team as they take on the Rice Owls at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 17th. The men's team, with head coach Danny Manning, will also be taking on East Carolina Wednesday, February 20th at 7:05 p.m.

For more court-side cheering head to ORU this Tuesday February 19th as they play against Central Arkansas. The women's game begins at 5 p.m. with the men's game following at 7:30 p.m.


OSU Tulsa Business Forums: Bob Bowlsby, Big 12 conference commissioner, will be the second featured speaker at the OSU Tulsa Business Forums Thursday, February 21st from noon to 1:30 p.m. Do not miss your opportunity to hear from this magnificent and hard-working individual as he talks about his path towards the Big 12.


Mothers and Daughters: Communication can be tough between mother and daughters which is why The Pure Freedom event for moms and teen girls is ready to help. This "game-show-meets-talk-show interaction filled with vibrant worship" is sure to spice up any mother-daughter relationship. The event runs for two and a half hours beginning at 7 p.m. at the Mabee Center.
