Man arrested in Saline County murder

MABELVALE (KATV) - A man is dead after an apparent stabbing in Saline County.

Police responded to a call at 7408 Brimer around 7:00 p.m. Friday in Mabelvale, according to a report.

Police said Chris Yarberry, 33, had been stabbed.

Yarberry was medflighted to an area hospital where he later died, according to police.

Sheriff's officials say George Davidson was arrested several hours later and booked into the Saline County Jail.

Davidson is facing a first degree murder charge and is being held without bond.
