Arkansas is named in the
list of top five most religious states.
A new Gallup Poll shows Arkansas
came in fifth with 52 percent describing themselves as very religious. Arkansas
is one of eight states where half of residents polled described themselves very
religious.
Vermont and New Hampshire
are the least religious states. They are two of five states, along with Maine,
Massachusetts and Alaska, where less than 30 percent described as very
