A 52-year-old man is most wanted this week by the Tulsa Police Department on a felony warrant for his arrest.
Kenneth Etter is wanted out of Tulsa County for two counts of failure to appear on an uttering a forged instrument charge.
According to a release from TPD, Etter also has fourteen outstanding misdemeanor warrants. His bond has been set at $30,000.
He is described as being 5 foot 9 inches in height and 190 pounds. He also has brown hair and blue eyes.
There is a reward for information leading to his arrest, according to their release.
