South Tulsa -
Firefighters had to rescue a driver after deep water flooded the car.
It happened Tuesday afternoon about 2 p.m. at 81st and Elwood.
The car stalled as the driver plowed through the high water.
No one was hurt and everyone managed to get out of the car.
