Former Little Rock Police
Officer Josh Hastings will most likely go to trial to determine if he responded
in the correct manner when he shot and killed a teenager.
Prosecutors are moving
forward with the case by filing an official manslaughter charge Friday.
Hastings shot and killed Bobby
Moore Jr. in August when he came upon the 15-year-old breaking into a car.
He argues he only took the
necessary actions to protect himself. Hastings was fired from the police
department after an internal investigation.
