They ranked the DASH Diet as the best.
It was developed by the National Institutes of Health and the key components are limiting sodium intake and eating fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
It also does not cut out or restrict certain foods.
This is the third year in a row that the magazine has picked the DASH diet as the best.
