Little Rock company expanding in five states - KATV - Breaking News, Weather and Razorback Sports

LITTLE ROCK (Arkansas News Bureau) — Little Rock-based Hugg & Hall Equipment Co., one of the largest material handling companies in the Midwest and mid-South, announced Sunday the acquisition of Oklahoma City-based Westquip Inc., a full-line material handling dealership.

As a result of the acquisition, Hugg & Hall Equipment now provides material and personnel handling products and services for the industrial and construction markets with 14 locations in five states, the company said.

"The alliance with Westquip, a leader in Oklahoma material handling, will provide a vital link to better serve our expanding customer base in this region," said John Hugg, president of Hugg & Hall Equipment Co.
