The owner of Green Country wildlife rescue sanctuary, charged with sexual abuse of minors will be bound over for trial following a preliminary hearing today, January 3.
Joe Matthew Estes, 45, will be tried on two counts of rape by instrumentation and one charge of lewd molestation. Other charges were dismissed.
Estes' hearing is set for January 16 at 1:30 p.m.
Estes was arrested in August following reports of engaging in sexual activities with two minors between May 2005 and September 2006.
