UPDATE: Victim's name released in Pine Bluff homicide

PINE BLUFF (KATV) - A Pine Bluff man was killed Thursday in the city's first shooting of the year.

Witnesses told police they found 20-year-old Roy Halgiwagner a man laying in the yard between 314 and 316 East 21st Street after hearing gunshots that afternoon. When rescue workers arrived, Halgiwagner wasn't breathing. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call police.
