Posted: Updated:

Frustrated Entergy Arkansas customers can get answers about their power outages beginning Saturday morning at newly opened Customer Information Centers.

In Little Rock a center at the company's headquarters at 900 Center Street opened at 10 a.m.   At the same time centers are opening in Hot Springs at the Entergy building at 324 Malvern Avenue and at the Malvern Chamber of Commerce at 213 West 3rd Street.

As of 10 a.m. Saturday, a total of 71,819 Entergy customers remained without power, down from more than 190,000 customers on Wednesday.

Pulaski, Saline, Garland and Hot Spring County were hit especially hard by the Christmas day storm that brought sleet, heavy winds and up to 12 inches of snow.   As of Saturday morning 44,802 Pulaski County residents remain without power; 10,510 in Garland County, 8,070 in Saline County and 5,136 in Hot Spring County.

Entergy has set a goal of getting all power restored by sometime Tuesday.
