serves 4

 

8 slices thick cut bread

2 bananas

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 lbs bacon cooked crispy (always make extra)

Butter

Honey

 

-Make a peanut-butter sandwich w 1/2 banana sliced, & 1 layer of crisp bacon in the middle.

-In an iron skillet on medium heat melt 1 tbs butter then add sandwich & coat with melted butter.

-Be patient flipping the sandwich until you get a perfect golden brown on both sides.

-Cut in half & drizzle with Honey....
