2      14.1 oz. cans of Quartered Artichokes in Water

2      cloves of garlic

2 t. parsley

½  C Parmesan Cheese

½  C Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 t. parsley

Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

 

Add all ingredients, except the parsley, to the food processor.  Adjust seasonings.  Add parsley and quick pulse.

 

Chill and serve.
