School Kids Caroling At TIA For The Holidays

Posted: Updated:

Sounds of the season now echo down the corridors and through the gates of Tulsa International Airport.

The airport's annual holiday caroling program began Friday.  Local school choral groups will bring a bit of cheer to the travelers and visitors at TIA through December 21st.

It's been an annual tradition since 2004 and brings in more than 700 children from across green country.

Deputy airport director of marketing Alexis Higgins said she looks forward to the performances

"The holiday season can be a stressful time for our travelers and the 1300-plus employees that work in the terminal building," Higgins said.  "These young entertainers bring smiles to the faces of our guests and provide an overall festive atmosphere to the terminal."

Here's a complete list of the groups caroling at the airport this season.
