Power Outage Affects Midtown Neighborhood

A power outage leaves hundreds of Midtown residents in the dark Friday morning.

Public Service Company reported the issue just before 8:00am. It's affecting about 350 customers in the neighborhood surrounded by 41st Street, Sheridan Avenue, 51st Street and Yale Avenue.

PSO spokesperson Stan Whiteford said service could be restored by 10:00am. It's unclear  what caused the outage.
