A school district administrator and former police officer is arrested in Hughes County for alleged child pornography crimes.

The OSBI investigation centered in Holdenville, which is about an hour northwest of McAlester.

Investigators arrested Terry Farris on suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography.

"An undercover OSBI agent opened an investigation in October," an OSBI news release states. "Farris shared images containing child pornography with the agent via the Internet."

Police got the warrant they needed to search Farris' home Thursday. Investigators found "computer-related" evidence inside.

The OSBI said Farris' was arrested at the Holdenville bus barn where he works as the transportation director. He was formerly a part of the Holdenville police force.

Farris was booked into the Hughes County Jail on one count of Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Distribution of Child Pornography, and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

That same OSBI investigation led to three more arrests. Agents picked up Billy Ray Blaylock near 500 S. Hinckley Dr. in Holdenville on possession and distribution of child porn complaints as well as drug complaints.

Blayock's mother, Mary Ann Chronister, and his aunt, Lillian Faye Chronister were arrested at the same time on marijuana and other complaints.
